What are my responsibilities concerning distribution of tickets as a group leader?
Bring your e-ticket! Please present your e-ticket onsite via your mobile device for paperless check-in. If necessary, print your PDF ticket and present it at registration on the morning of the event. Look for "Check-In Here" signs. If you're bringing a group, each person will need a copy of their ticket in order to gain entry. Each ticket contains a unique QR code, so it is essential that each ticket be passed out to those attending. All tickets for the group were sent in an email to the Group Leader.
What do I do if someone in my group cannot make it to the conference?
Catalyst event tickets are non-refundable upon purchase, but fully transferrable to a substitute registrant up to, and including, the day(s) of the event. The transfer of tickets to another attendee can be managed in your TicketSpice account by contacting a Catalyst Concierge at 888.334.6569, or at registration at the event. Upon purchase, Catalyst registrants will begin receiving exclusive Catalyst content, offers and product information via our e-newsletters. You may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by following the link provided at the bottom of each email. We will not share your email address with anyone.
REGISTRATION AND TICKETING
Are tickets transferable to other attendees?
Yes. Please contact our Concierge Team at 888.334.6569 to change attendee information and ensure electronic transfer of the ticket to a new attendee. There is no cost to transfer a ticket to another attendee.
Is there a reserved seating option?
Reserved seating is available for large groups. For more information on this, and other group perks, contact our Concierge Team at 888.334.6569.
What is the schedule?
The conference is full of amazing speakers and interactive experiences, but a specific itinerary will not be distributed before the event. The schedule is unique to the event, and schedules are subject to change.
What if someone in my group needs to bring a small child or a nursing infant?
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at this conference, and children will not be allowed in the main sessions. Please make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs. For Nursing Mothers, we will have a private nursing room available. Please visit the Info Desk onsite to for location information.

Will there be coffee available?
Yes, and it is FREE! Phoenix Roasters Coffee will be providing coffee at various locations around the arena. Look for the signs posted throughout the lobby.
What is your camera policy?
No Professional/Detachable Lens Cameras permitted. Video and Audio Taping is not allowed.
